Helping You Move, Feel & Perform Better.

Coaching

I’m a qualified personal trainer based in London.

My focus is simple: help you build strength, have confidence in your body, and create lasting habits that support long-term health.

I work with people of all ages and abilities, and have specialist experience working with people living with joint pain. Whether you’re starting out, a regular gym goer, coming back from injury, or living with limited mobility, I can get you moving safely and confidently.

Sport and movement have always been central to my life, from kayaking as a young athlete, through injury and chronic pain, to competing at some of the highest levels in disability sport.

My coaching style is practical, supportive, and personalised.  You won’t just follow a program, you’ll learn how to adapt when needed, and how to build habits beyond the gym that reinforce progress.

My Story

My journey in sport began in 2012 as a teenager inspired by Team GB's success at the London Olympics. I moved from recreational kayaking to competitive racing; but in 2013, a minor knee injury led to chronic pain and eventually a life-changing diagnosis of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

After years of struggling with CRPS, I had my leg amputated in 2019. Against the odds, I became pain-free and quickly returned to sport. I tried adaptive rowing and, just three months after my amputation, won a British Adaptive Indoor Rowing title.

During the Covid lockdown, I looked for new challenges and fundraised for a running blade. In 2021, I began learning to run, joining my local athletics club and discovering I enjoyed sprinting rather than long-distance running. By 2023, I became the UK’s top ranked T63 sprinter.

In early 2025, I shifted focus to amputee football, joining the England Women's National Team and Arsenal.

In 2026, I decided to step away from elite sport — for how long? Only time will tell.
